Mehrama’s Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At Mehrama, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or user activity that promotes, enables, or attempts to exploit or abuse children in any way. This includes but is not limited to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

 

Our policies are aligned with Google Play Developer Program Policy, applicable child protection laws, and international human rights standards.

 

🚫 Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Mehrama maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
• Sexualized or suggestive content involving minors
• Content that exploits, endangers, or harms children
• Fake profiles impersonating minors or implying underage appearance
• Any form of abuse, trafficking, or exploitation

Any such content or behavior results in immediate removal and permanent ban of the user, and is reported to legal authorities and appropriate child safety organizations.

 

🔞 Age Policy

• Mehrama is strictly for users aged 18 years and above.
• We require users to sign in via Google Authentication and provide their age and country.
• Users found to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated.
• We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from minors.

Proactive Detection and Moderation

We use a combination of:

• Automated filters to detect harmful content
• Blocklists to prevent abusive language
• Manual moderation of reports and content
• Monitoring of user-uploaded photos and profile data

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict content at our sole discretion
• Suspend or ban accounts violating safety rules
• Investigate all reported CSAE activity immediately

We empower our community with tools to report:

• Inappropriate content
• Suspicious or abusive behavior
• Attempts to contact users in an exploitative or harmful way
• Reports are reviewed 24/7 by our moderation team.
