Terms and Conditions for Mehrama

Welcome to Mehrama! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mehrama mobile application (“App”) provided by Mehrama (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Mehrama, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

1. Eligibility

• Mehrama is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating and managing your profile.

 

2. Account Registration and Security

• To use Mehrama, you must sign in via Google Authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.

 

3. User Profile

• You may create and customize your profile by providing personal information such as name, age, gender, country, photos, and other profile details.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share on your profile.
• Mehrama reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

 

4. Use of the App and Services

• The App allows you to browse, like, dislike, match, message, and send virtual gifts to other users.
• Sending messages requires spending coins, with 1 coin deducted per message.
• You can earn coins daily, watch ads to gain coins, or purchase coin packages.
• Mutual likes create matches, enabling users to interact further.
• Upon spending 1000 coins communicating with a match, the contact sharing panel unlocks, allowing exchange of phone numbers.
• Use of the App is for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes only.

 

5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

• You agree to use the App in a manner that is respectful and free from harassment, abuse, or offensive behavior.
• Use of abusive language, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing of phone numbers or personal contact information outside the designated unlocking mechanism is not allowed.
• Mehrama reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

 

6. Purchases and Payment

• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
• Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
• You agree to comply with any additional terms applicable to purchases.
• Mehrama is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing by third parties.

 

7. Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
• By using Mehrama, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials related to Mehrama are the property of Mehrama or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

 

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Mehrama is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.
• You acknowledge and agree that use of the App is at your own risk.
• Mehrama is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or third-party interactions.

 

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
• Upon termination, your rights to access and use the App will cease immediately.
• You may delete your account at any time through app settings.

 

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Material changes will be communicated via app notifications or email.
• Continued use of Mehrama after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mehrama operates.
• Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or binding arbitration where applicable.
